What Our Customers Are Saying

Elizabeth M.
We are so glad we made our switch to Farmers! They made it incredibly easy to make the switch and answered all our questions in regards to gaming and streaming. The technician was early and was done with everything in less than ten minutes.
Connie H.
The Connection Technician was very informative, helpful, and very nice. Professional! So far, our service has been really good with no buffering. We had service elsewhere before and this is a lot better. The office personnel were great also when we went in to set up our service. They did not try to sell us more than what we wanted! Thank you!
Don H.
After dealing with multiple wifi issues with our previous wifi carrier, lagging and constant buffering, I had heard good things about FMTC through my landlord. The process to get signed up was very easy and the ladies in the office were a great help. Brian showed up the morning of our scheduled appointment right on time. He had the internet up and running within minutes, and since it's been running we have not had any internet issues. Our first month with FMTC has been great!! Thank you to all.
Sales pitches come in many forms, and some can be misleading. Here is a recent one that we want to make you aware of. Farmers Mutual Telephone Company (FMTC) has heard from our customers that Sparklight door-to-door salesmen are making claims that FMTC is raising rates and that we are working with Sparklight, allowing them to use our fiber optic network to provide Sparklight services. This is NOT true! Do not believe what you are hearing. FMTC is not sharing our fiber network with Sparklight and has no plan to do so. In addition, we will always notify customers prior to any rate increase. If you do have any interaction with any of these salespeople, please call FMTC office at 208-452-2000, and we will answer your questions. For 117 years FMTC has been providing, affordable, dependable, reliable telecommunications for Fruitland with expansion into surrounding communities. We are here for you. Thank you for choosing FMTC.
