1-844-952-2381. You will need your account number and 4 digit PIN. You can request a PIN from customer Service Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. You can also visit the Bill Pay link on the home page of this website.
Farmers Mutual Telephone Company offers a variety of convenient methods for you to pay your bill.
PAY STATION
Visit the FMTC Business Office Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Cash, check, debit and credit card payments are accepted in office. Drop Off boxes for check only payments are located outside of the Business Office at 319 SW 3rd St, Fruitland, ID.
MAIL PAYMENT
Mail check or money order and your monthly billing stub to Farmers Mutual Telephone Company at PO Box 1030, Fruitland, ID 83619.
ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER
Provide a voided check to an FMTC Customer Service Representative or access SmartHub (see information below). Automatic payments will be deducted on the 20th of each month.
